Physical Education

At Pilgrim we believe that P.E. is a really important part of your child's education. It helps them stay physically active, develop interests in different types of physical activity, build teamwork and other social skills, and improves focus and academic performance. Each pupil will receive 2 P.E. lessons a week (one indoor and one outdoor) which will cover a variety of activities including dance, gymnastics, athletics and many team sports.
